NOTE : WE ARE NOW A MOBILE OPERATION!!

 We do the best of our ability to pack orders as soon as we can, and then ship Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday of every week.

We have a shipping coordinator in our home state of CO, who is kind enough to reroute and send us our materials, inventory, and other packages! 

There is about a 3-5 day delay between the arrival of parcels and post at our business PO Box, and the rerouting to our shipping coordinator. In an essence, it’s our version of the “pony express,” we appreciate you patience and understanding in the care we take to get you your cowgoon goods!

We are responsible for getting the parcel to the carrier, once it is with USPS, it is in their hands. 

Returns are possible, but not once a parcel has been dropped off and is with USPS from initial shipment.

If you have any questions pertaining to your order, please email us. We’ll see what all the fuss is, and get it and you taken care of however we can, that’s the CowGoon way. We take care of our posse members and each other, since that is all that we all have. 

In the event of a refund, please also note it may take 7-10 business days depending on card and bank.
